Electrical engineer by day, artist by night. I love designing complex circuit boards, and Circuit Citizen is my effort to apply the same electrical engineering design tools to create beautiful works of art.
Why "Circuit Citizen"? Well, first - who hasn't looked at a computer motherboard and thought that it looked like a tiny city? (If you haven't before, I bet you will now!) But more important is the idea of being a good citizen. Every Circuit Citizen piece will contribute a portion of profits (usually around 20%) to a charity with some relevance to that art. You'll be able to read more about the charity's work, why they were selected, and their charity ratings, in each product description.
Circuit Citizen art is inspired by a variety of subjects, from wildlife and landscapes to pop culture.
I am a New Yorker at heart, but currently based out of beautiful Seattle, Washington and enjoying life in the PNW.
